Our Story
From the Frontlines to First Aid Education
SafeHands was founded by an AHPRA-registered nurse who began their career on the frontlines during the COVID surge. During one of the most demanding periods in healthcare, they saw firsthand how critical it is to stay calm, act quickly, and respond with confidence in real emergencies.
Through experience in high-pressure clinical and COVID-specific settings, it became clear that many first aid courses were too focused on ticking boxes and issuing certificates, rather than building real understanding and practical skill. SafeHands was created to bridge that gap by delivering training that prepares people to respond effectively when it matters most.
We believe first aid education should be practical, supportive, and empowering. That is why our training focuses on hands-on, scenario-based learning that helps students build confidence, improve skill retention, and perform under pressure.
